Description
Join us on a day trip to Lymington, a quintessentially Georgian market town and renowned sailing centre on the edge of the New Forest. Spend four hours ashore visiting local shops, restaurants and the traditional Lymington market on its High Street.
Please be advised that there is no bus service; the walk from the ferry berth to Lymington High Street (and the market) is just over 0.6 miles (12-15 minutes) involving a hill and some cobbles.
Unfortunately due to the berth allocated to the ferry at Lymington we are unable to accept wheelchairs or mobility scooters on this cruise.
In addition to the market on Saturday 13 July Lymington will be hosting its own Seafood Festival at the park adjacent to where the ferry berths. Gosport Ferry is not selling these tickets, if you would like to attend the Festival tickets are £10 for adults and £3 for children and can be booked via the organiser: Lymington Seafood Festival .
Booking in advance is strongly advised as the Seafood Festival is very popular.
